At the Annual Meeting of the Academy in New Orelans on October 3, 2013, the Academy membership unanimously approved a plan to form an Alliance with the American Veterinary Dental College. As a result, the Academy is no longer accepting applications for registration as an Academy Tracker.

Upon final approval and implementation of the Alliance with AVDC, veterinarians who are already registered as Academy trackers will be offered the opporuntiy to convert the training program items they have already completed to an AVDC-rgistered program. This includes case logs. Additional information about this option will be available in the Spring of 2014.

As a result of the Academy decision to no longer register trackers (see above), the links below are only relevant to veterinarians who are already registered as Academy trackers. Applications for Credentials Review will no longer be consided after July 1, 2015. If you started your Academy tracking program recently, please be sure to obtain the necessary credentials items so that you can submit a complete application by the July 1, 2015 deadline. Small Animal Fellow Application Information The Academy case log for trackers is undergoing migration to the Document Management System (DMS).
